It is not possible to know what happened with other reviewers, but this was one of the smoothest and nicest appointments I have experienced since coming here 6 years ago. No one asked me if I left England because of the immigrants, so that was a bonus 😁 Why some medical professionals think it is appropriate to ask these things is beyond me (I left because of the people who think immigrants are the problem). The appointment was on time, professional and friendly, all of my questions were answered and I was talked through the diagnosis and the potential support. I was given steroid injections in my toes, which did hurt but this was explained beforehand and the pain is nothing if I will now feel no pain for a while. Everything was done within ten minutes. A great experience and I will be happy to return for my next assessment
